ReplyPolish FAQ

These answers explain how ReplyPolish works, what it does not do, and how to use it responsibly for customer support drafting.

What does ReplyPolish do?

ReplyPolish helps turn rough customer support notes into clearer replies. It is designed for email, DM, SMS, and public review responses where tone, privacy, and exact facts matter.

Does ReplyPolish send customer messages to a server?

The current static version runs in the browser. It does not require login and does not store customer messages on a ReplyPolish server. If the optional writing sample setting is enabled, that sample is stored only in the current browser's localStorage.

Which languages are supported?

The initial workflow supports Korean, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. The same customer message can be shaped for different output languages, but final review is still important when policy, refunds, or sensitive topics are involved.

Can ReplyPolish automatically send replies?

No. ReplyPolish produces a draft. The user reviews, edits, copies, and sends the reply through their own support channel.

How should fixed facts be used?

Fixed facts are details that should not change during rewriting, such as a deadline, policy phrase, support channel, or case status. Adding these facts helps keep a warmer tone from accidentally creating a new promise.

Does ReplyPolish replace policy review?

No. Replies involving refunds, legal responsibility, safety, health, finance, or account-specific decisions should be checked against the actual business policy before sending.

Why are there guides and examples?

The guides and examples explain practical customer support writing patterns. They also make the site useful before a visitor opens the drafting tool.

Is advertising active?

The Google AdSense verification script and ads.txt file are configured. Ad slots are not placed in the current version. Advertising should only be expanded after the domain review is approved.
