ReplyPolish provides drafting assistance for customer replies. Drafts should be reviewed before use, especially where refunds, legal responsibility, appointments, pricing, or service guarantees are involved.

No professional advice

The app does not provide legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for checking replies against your policies and applicable rules.

No automatic sending

The current version only creates text for copying. It does not send email, SMS, DM, or review replies automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to deceive customers, impersonate third parties, or create abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messages.
