Order status update reply template
Use this when a customer asks for the current status of an order, booking, application, or support ticket. The goal is to answer the question, give the next step, and avoid vague phrases like "soon" when no exact time is confirmed.
Template
Hi [Name], Thank you for checking in. Your [order/request/ticket] is currently [current status]. The next step is [next action], and we expect to have an update by [timeframe]. I will follow up here as soon as that update is available. If anything changes before then, I will let you know.
Short version

Before sending
- Replace every bracketed placeholder with a real fact.
- Use an exact date or range when you have one.
- Do not say "almost done" unless the process is actually near completion.
