Use this when a customer asks to cancel an order before shipment, after processing has started, or after the package has already shipped. The reply should explain the current order status, whether cancellation is still possible, and what happens next if the order must move into return or refund review.

Before sending
- Confirm the exact order status before saying cancellation is available.
- Do not promise a warehouse stop if the package may already be packed or shipped.
- Separate cancellation confirmation from refund timing if payment reversal happens later.
- If the order has shipped, explain the return path instead of implying cancellation is still possible.
An order cancellation reply should answer the cancellation request without changing the actual fulfillment, shipping, or refund status.
